General questions

  • Will it work on multi-storefront or headless stores?

    The standard PRIKID.APP installation targets the main BigCommerce storefront. Secondary storefronts and headless/Catalyst integrations need a store-specific assessment; app settings or the custom-JavaScript event alone do not establish compatibility.

    Review the installation guide and placement and theme guidance, then contact PRIKID.APP support with the intended storefront and product URLs, theme or frontend details, and desired display. Confirm feasibility and installation requirements before adding a script or editing your storefront. Any custom integration needs live desktop and mobile testing.

  • Is the Prikid Size Charts App for BigCommerce free?

    Yes. The Free plan lets you create as many content items as you need and keep up to two of them active and published at the same time. A content item can be assigned to multiple matching products.

    If you need more than two published size charts, popups or product tabs, upgrade to the Premium plan for unlimited published content and all app features.
